I was happy with hotel's great and magnificent location right in the city center. Got a single room when arrived, enjoyed that. All the staff was outstandingly accommodating, fixed my issues. Location: the venue was very close to the bus station and all the tourist spots as well as shops and restaurants.

Make sure to get single room with coffee available. The restaurant is CHEAP, with welcoming and outstandingly accommodating staff. I would stay here again thanks to very central location.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with the bus station nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Additionally, it is right in the city center and even offers a view of the museum. Guests have praised the friendly staff and clean bathrooms, and the breakfast served is also quite satisfying. Baggage storage is offered for those who have checked out.
Some guests have mentioned the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which can be bothersome for those seeking a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at a hostel in a great location. the owner was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. the modern and clean bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast offered a good selection. the staff was always friendly and accommodating. the hostel's location was perfect, being halfway between the bus terminal and the main square. Plus, they even offered to store our bags after we checked out, which was a huge convenience for us as we went on tours. I highly recommend this place to all travelers, whether on a budget or looking to stay in the center of the city. Cons: All was perfect! 👌.

The guest rooms at Hostal Ochen were really cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and free toiletries. The bed linen was so soft and made me feel right at home. It was like having my own little sanctuary during my stay in Punta Arenas.
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms included towels, but I understand that others might not mind bringing their own.

We had a great experience staying at a hostel in the very center of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us was that the hostel offered to store our bags even after we checked out, which was a huge convenience as we explored the city. The location was perfect, situated halfway between the bus terminal and the main square, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit and warm bread available for breakfast.
Nothing that I didn't like. 🤷♀️

The staff at the hotel was really friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. They made my stay much more enjoyable and stress-free.
I must admit, the lack of soundproofing in the hotel was a major downside. I could hear everything, from the noisy guests in the room next to mine to the constant street noise of cars and bikes racing up and down.
